Goods Delivery Call Back Slips
When delivering your Customer Orders, ideal times for maximum 'First Delivery Attempt' success rates are Monday to Friday 5.15pm to 9.00pm, Saturdays: 8.30am to 10.40am and 4.30pm to 730pm. Ideal Weekdays are Tuesdays and Wednesdays, you should achieve an 88.6% First Delivery attempt success rate.
If you place a slip where you have attempted a delivery every time, especially if you are a large volume retailer, your phone will constantly ring. Only after you have attempted to deliver 2 to 3 days in succession, use the goods delivery call-back slip. Customers often feel embarrassed at the thought of them being unavailable when you originally delivered the order, it is often best they don't know you have already been. Always deliver the order with a smile :- )

Some distributors sometimes place a flyer in with the order itself inviting customers to re-order with them, this is of the distributors choice. Even working in an area where other distributors work, this isn't always necessary, as customers will choose you as their distributor anyway, - it only incurs additional expense.
